We recommend ordering production samples before placing wholesale orders and offer 100% refund back to original modes of payment for any damages to your sample.

For wholesale orders, we treat returns on a case by case basis. Any requests should be emailed to orders@shopmistry.com.au

We recommend buying insurance for any wholesale shipments.
