Where is your team based?
We have an experienced team based in Melbourne and Sydney to serve our Australia & New Zealand customers.
Our core team of artisans and administration operate in New Delhi, India.
Where do you ship from?
We own multiple factories and warehouses across India. The majority of our shipments are processed & dispatched from our warehouse located in New Delhi, India.
We have various global partners that help us deliver a seamless experience. We encourage you to handle your own shipments but can provide end-to-end delivery and customs support.
How long do orders take to get processed?
Lead times depend entirely on the complexity and quantity of your order.
For quantities below 100 units from our existing catalogue, we usually take up to 6 weeks to get the packages ready for dispatch.
